About Playgroup at Hilton
Hilton Playgroup is run at Hilton Primary School in the “Purple Palace” on the south side of Rennie Crescent.
Playgroup is a place for parents, caregivers and extended family to come together with their babies and young children to learn together through play. It provides a wonderful opportunity for children to interact and connect, within a fun and safe environment, and allows parents and caregivers a place to interact with other parents.
We are extremely lucky to have three playgroups available at Hilton Primary School, a German group, a French group and a group for all families to join in the fun.

Playgroup Sessions
There are three sessions a week, all from 9:30am to 11:30am during school terms.
– Monday – Deutsche Spielgruppe for German speaking families
– Tuesday – Les Petites Grenouilles for French speaking families
– Friday – General playgroup for all families
General Information
Playgroups WA Membership: We are part of Playgroups WA (PGWA), all families need to become a member of PGWA for insurance purposes to attend the playgroups.
Free trial: Your first two visits to Playgroup are free, so you can try us out and see if our group feels right for you
What to bring: Bring along your water bottles and snacks for your children. Tea and coffee are provided. Please ensure any snacks you bring are nut free. Please let us know if your family has allergies.
How to join: please send an email to the below contacts for the playgroup you wish to attend and they will be able to provide you with more info and a membership form. If you wish to attend more than one group just send your enquiry to the General Playgroup contact.
Fees
Fees: there are two fees to be paid:
PGWA Membership Fee: $35/year ($15 concession)
Playgroup Kitty: $40/year or $10/term
TOTAL: $75/year or $55 concession
Playgroup Kitty: goes towards tea/coffee, and crafts expenses. This can be paid each term if you wish.
Attending more than one session: There are no additional costs if you wish to attend more than one session a week.
