On Friday the 23rd June the Hilton netball team went to the Fremantle netball courts for the Winter Carnival. We got changed at 8:00 and got on the bus at 8:30, Caitlyn and I sat next to each other. We got there a bit early but that was good because we got to practise and warm up.
The other teams played well and scored lots of goals. I played WA throughout the day. It rained lots and we got drenched a few times.
After we played the first game we had lunch and we got some lollies for good luck which was my favourite part then we went back on the last few games and lost all of them as well.
Out of the whole day we got three goals. The teacher counted up the games and Hilton came last and North Fremantle came first. After they announced the winners one of the parents gave us some cupcakes.
At the end of the day Miss Parsons gave us some chocolate while we played some games while we waited for the bus. We all tried our best and had a great day.
