Five French families have their children enrolled at Hilton PS in 2020: four students in kindy, one in Pre-Primary and one in Year 2.
The families all feel very lucky to have access to such a fantastic local public school. All of us appreciate the beautiful ground, the native bush which surrounds the school, and knowing that our children get plenty of nature play while learning about sustainability and Noongar culture.
The triple CCCs of Hilton PS, Courtesy, Cooperation, Consideration, are important values to our little community and we’re glad that they’re being taught and reinforced by the fantastic teachers and staff.
We also feel that our children are privileged to get access to art, music, languages and physical education programs all taught by specialised teachers.
Local French parents of younger kids are also grateful that Hilton PS welcomes the French Playgroup ‘Les Petites Grenouilles’ once a week at the Purple Palace.
We love our school and want to support it by getting involved: Lucile Bourquet is one of our new elected Board members and Déborah Lucas has been on the P&C executive committee for three years.
Hilton PS is definitely ‘un endroit fantastique pour apprendre et grandir’… and a special spot to build new friendships within a diverse, friendly and dynamic community.
